We’re recruiting Charity & Student Ambassadors! 🙌

Do you want to help champion wellbeing across the pharmacy profession?
Our ambassadors are a vital part of our team! Without passionate, committed volunteers, we simply couldn’t do what we do.

As an Ambassador, you’ll champion our work within your local pharmacy community, whether that’s at your workplace, place of study, or through your networks and organisations. You’ll help raise awareness so those who need support know how to access our services, and support vital fundraising to keep our free, confidential support running.

This is a flexible role designed to fit around your availability.

For 30 years, Pharmacist Support’s Listening Friends service has been providing something incredibly powerful to the pharmacy community: a confidential, compassionate listening ear from people who truly understand the pressures of pharmacy life. 💚

Launched in 1996 to fill a vital gap in peer support, the service has since helped thousands of pharmacists, trainees, students and retirees navigate difficult moments with empathy, trust and without judgment.

As Listening Friends marks this important milestone, we reflect on three decades of care, connection and community support — and the volunteers who continue to make it possible.
