Reading Oddfellows' 'guardian angel' Richard West is this year's winner of the Enriching Lives Socially Making a Difference Award - congratulations Richard! 😇

Richard started and hosts a number of much-loved events, such as singing and exercise groups, and has even helped to resurrect a group that folded which is now thriving.

Throughout our long and storied history, we've had many well-known members. Even royalty! 👑

In his early 20s, King William IV stumbled across an Oddfellows meeting at the Feathers Pub, Pimlico. Not only did he insist on becoming a member instantly, but also the Branch’s Chairman. Who could say no to royalty? He became a lifelong member.
