Cash for Kids Greater Manchester

Cash for Kids helps the children that need it most across Greater Manchester. In 2023 we raised £1.9million supporting 40,208 children.

Cash for Kids is a grant-giving charity helping disadvantaged children who need it most across Greater Manchester. We support those who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional needs. Our grants to families, community organisations and local charities provide support to families who often have nowhere else to go. If you would like to get involved please send us a message.

What an incredible day we had on Friday at Survive The Wild in stunning Coniston! 🏔️💪

We joined forces with the amazing team and a brilliant group of Cash for Kids Greater Manchester supporters from , real5 Networking, , , , , and Forethought Financial👏👏👏

Despite the weather doing its best to challenge them, this unstoppable group took on the experience of abseiling, rock scrambling and hiking, with determination, teamwork and plenty of spirit from start to finish.

Together, they have raised an incredible £8,948 for Cash for Kids – with donations still coming in! 💙

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, supported and made the day such a success. What a challenge, and what an achievement! 🔥💪

💚 Fundraising superstars! 💚

A huge thank you to the amazing NatWest Remediation Operations team, who chose Cash for Kids Greater Manchester as their Charity of the Year and have been busy taking on some incredible fundraising challenges!

From completing a 5K a Day challenge, to tackling a 13-mile hike through the beautiful Peak District, and cheering on Anna-Marie as she took on the Great Manchester Run, the team have shown fantastic dedication and commitment to supporting local children and young people 🏃‍♀️⛰️👏

Together, they've already raised almost £900 – an amazing achievement! 🎉

We're so grateful for your support and can't wait to see what you have planned over the coming months. Every pound raised helps us make a difference to the lives of children and families across Greater Manchester who need it most 🩷

💚 It's Lounge Aid month at Caldo Lounge ! 💚

Throughout June, the amazing team at in Sale are raising money for Cash for Kids Greater Manchester as part of Lounge Aid – a nationwide fundraising campaign taking place across Lounges to support local charities.

There are loads of ways to get involved this month, including:

🎨 Children's colouring competition- £1 entry with the chance to win a bike!
🎩 Magic Show – 20th June
❓ Charity Quiz – 22nd June (£2 entry, with all funds donated to charity)
🧁 Bake Sale – 26th June
🎭 Face Painting – 20th & 27th June
🎟️ Raffles, games and more throughout the month!

Every pound raised will help us support local children and young people across Greater Manchester who need it most.

✨ What. A. Night! ✨

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of attending the very first Forethought Financial Charity Dinner in aid of Cash for Kids Greater Manchester 💚

The room was full of incredible people, and we were blown away by the kindness, generosity and support shown throughout the evening 🥰

Guests enjoyed live music from Tom Gibson, a delicious three-course meal, Heads or Tails, an auction and raffle packed with amazing prizes, plenty of dancing and a fantastic DJ to round off the night 🎶💃

We are absolutely delighted to share that an incredible £8,125 was raised for local children and young people across Greater Manchester! 🎉

A huge thank you to David Smith for organising such a fantastic event and for the continued support you give to Cash for Kids throughout the year. Your dedication to helping disadvantaged children is truly inspiring, and we're so grateful to work alongside you to make a difference 🩷

With less than 6 weeks to go, we're counting down to an unforgettable evening of entertainment, fundraising and celebration, all in support of local children and young people who need it most across Greater Manchester!

Gemma and Mike will be guiding us through the night, helping us raise as much money as possible while keeping the party atmosphere going from start to finish 💃🥳

We're busy putting the finishing touches on what promises to be a fantastic night, but we need your help.

We're currently looking for raffle and auction prizes and would be incredibly grateful for any donations from businesses or individuals. The Premier League season may be over… but football fever definitely isn’t ⚽

With the World Cup around the corner, it’s the perfect excuse to bring some fun to the workplace, school or even your family BBQs this Summer while raising money for a local charity 🩷
