In our latest episode of Club Rhubarb: After Hours, we’re sitting down to talk about the women who inspire us. We aren't just talking about the icons in the history books we’re talking about the mentors, the mothers, and the friends who taught us how to navigate the world with grace and grit.

We explore:
• What "inspiration" actually looks like in 2026.
• The personal stories of the women who shaped our lives.
• Why it’s so important to celebrate each other's wins.

We want to hear from you!

New Episode | Beyond The Street Lights: Why We're Still Not Safe

In March 2021, the UK reached a breaking point. The murders of Sarah Everard and Sabina Nessa sparked a national conversation about the safety of women and girls that many hoped would lead to a revolution in policing and public safety.

Five years later, where do we actually stand?

In this episode of Club Rhubarb: After Hours, we’re looking past the performative gestures. We analyze the effectiveness of post-2021 policies and discuss why the statistics remain a national emergency.

We’re asking the tough questions:

Have the "StreetSafe" tools and increased lighting actually deterred violence?

What does accountability look like when the threat often comes from within the systems designed to protect us?

How do we move from "surviving" the walk home to actually being safe?

We want to hear your thoughts. Have you felt a shift in safety over the last five years, or does it feel like business as usual?

What does it mean to be a male ally in the fight against domestic abuse?

In this week's episode of Club Rhubarb After Hours, we are sitting down with Jason and Shaun for an essential conversation. We’re moving beyond the headlines to look at the human cost of domestic instability and how it shapes the children who witness it and the adults they become.

We also tackle the "elephant in the room": the impact of social media and toxic masculinity on our youth. How do we protect the next generation from harmful online narratives?

This episode is a call to action for everyone. As part of the Collaborative Women family, we believe that education and allyship are the keys to lasting change.
