What is a support plan?
A support plan is an individualised document aimed at supporting a young person, adult volunteer or network member with additional needs.
The document focuses on the persons’ strengths and likes as well as areas they need additional support.
A support plan tells leaders what reasonable adjustments someone might need, for example step-free access or ear defenders
