After a lifelong devotion and monumental impact Paddy Lillis retires as Usdaw General Secretary.

I am proud to announce that I will be standing in this crucial leadership role.

My top priority will be to ensure that Usdaw remains a strong effective and forward looking union, with relentless focus on delivering for our members.
I am deeply committed to improving the working lives and well being of of our membership and will work tirelessly to ensure this goal is achieved.
It is essential that we continue to strengthen our existing strategies whilst focusing on growing our membership. This will ensure that we remain well equipped to support our representatives within the workplace now and the future.
We have the best staff in Usdaw and I hope to get the opportunity to lead such hard working and professional individuals who collectively make such a difference.
