Nicolas has been faithfully serving on the Flint team for over a year. After some time shadowing and supporting established mentors, he now works to support and encourage a mentee of his own. This mentee recently wrote to us to say: “I want to re-iterate my gratitude and appreciation to you and to Nicolas, who is a true blessing. I would be lost without him.”

Nicolas is also a regular at prayer events and has assisted with multiple speaking arrangements to share about the work of Flint. Nicolas always brings a sense of calm. He is a valuable and precious member of the Flint Team. Thank you Nicolas for serving and helping the lost become found!

Recently the Southcott Village Residents Association hosted an unforgettable Charity Race Night! All of the proceeds raised by the wonderful residents came directly to Azalea. This community group is truly something else. They were so hospitable, so well organised and lots of fun. Nick hosted the raffle and was an entertaining compare for the evening. We want to thank Nick, Deanne, Spud, Kerry and Gary who continue to go above and beyond to support us.

Shame can grow when we allow our secrets to live in the dark, whirling around in our minds, bringing fear and anxiety.

Speaking to a Flint mentor can be one step towards bringing those secrets into the light. And in that light, there can be space for hope, healing and transformation.

🇲🇽✨ Bringing light, hope and knowledge to communities in Mexico.

Recently, Ruth, Azalea’s CEO and Co-Founder, travelled to Tijuana, Mexico, to deliver training to an inspiring team of passionate individuals who are determined to make a difference in their community.

Modern slavery and the s*xual exploitation of children and adults are serious issues in the area. But this team refuses to stand by and do nothing. Instead, they are taking action, equipping themselves with the knowledge and skills needed to help protect vulnerable people and create safer communities.

Behind Mexico’s beautiful landscapes, there are harsh realities that too often go unseen. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to come alongside this dedicated team, support their development and strengthen the vital work they are doing.
