REROUTE.

Every survivor we support through Encompass has experienced childhood s*xual abuse and/or childhood s*xual exploitation.

Reroute is Azalea's prevention and education programme working across Herts, Beds and Bucks, equipping young people, and the trusted adults around them, to recognise the signs of CSA and CSE, understand the risks, and know how to respond.

When your business donates to Azalea, you're helping protect children before harm occurs. Your support enables more young people to stay safe, healthy, and informed today, while reducing the need for specialist support later in life.

Recently St Hugh's Church, Luton, hosted a night of music, lead by the rock Choir. The concert raised over £500 for Azalea! We are so grateful to the leadership team and the congregation at St Hugh's who have continuously demonstrated community care and support.

2 WEEKS LEFT.

"Azalea delivered a powerful safeguarding awareness talk to our team at Mint Construction. The session was engaging, insightful and highly relevant to our industry, increasing understanding of modern slavery and s*xual exploitation risks. Our staff found it eye‑opening and confidence‑building, and we truly valued Azalea’s knowledge and passion."
- Rebekah Hare, Mint Construction

Partnership with Azalea isn’t symbolic.

We can support your organisation with:
• Modern Slavery awareness training (CPD-certified options available)
• Safeguarding training for teams
• Guidance around Modern Slavery statements
• Staff volunteering engagement

This is practical. Relevant. Aligned with corporate governance.
If your business wants meaningful engagement (not just a logo on a website) this campaign is for you.

This week our is Anna! Last year Anna flew from the United States to the UK to do a year long internship with Azalea. She has been a huge blessing to the team so far. Anna is a creative, tech-savvy, kind, people person who has slotted straight in. She contributes to many different facets of Azalea, with focus on frontline and liaising with churches, and she does all of this with a wonderful attitude and willingness to learn. Thank you for being with us, Anna.

How do we help people who are hiding in shame?

We need the good news of Flint to reach the ears and eyes of those who need free, confidential and non-judgmental mentoring.

If you go to a church and would like to learn more about what you can do to help, we want to connect with you: [email protected]

Recently Reroute was invited to attend the BCSP Conference in Aylesbury where attendees had the opportunity to think about learning from Local Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews.

As well as exploring case studies the group heard from those with experience of s*xual abuse. They learnt about the importance of language and asking the right questions of those experiencing abuse.

Having the opportunity to come together with professionals with different fields of expertise was invaluable for understanding the role everyone plays in keeping children safe.

Thank you to BCSP for inviting us to a thought-provoking event.

For many women, the streets are not only a place to sleep, they are a place of fear, danger, exploitation, and unmet basic needs.

We hear stories that are heartbreaking: stories of resilience in the face of unimaginable hardship. The women we meet are strong, intelligent, and courageous, yet all have endured abuse, trauma, and the devastating realities of s*x trafficking.

It is a privilege to provide a safe space where women can find refuge, support, and dignity through our drop-in service, Liberty outreach van, and dedicated teams.

A warm meal, a safe place to rest, a kind conversation, and the reassurance that someone cares can be life-changing. For survivors of s*x trafficking, these moments of safety and human connection are not small acts, they are lifelines.
