With warmer weather here, there are a few simple ways to stay comfortable:
🌬️ Keep curtains or blinds closed during the hottest part of the day
🪟 Open windows when it’s cooler outside
💧 Drink plenty of water
🔌 Switch off lights and appliances you’re not using, as they can add heat

✅ Keep records
Save dates, times, photos, videos, and messages.

📞 Report it early
Contact your housing officer or Squared Housing as soon as possible.

🚔 Serious incident?
Call 101 for non-emergencies or 999 in an emergency.

📧 Keep evidence in writing
Follow up calls with emails and keep copies of reports.

🤝 Ask about mediation
Some neighbour disputes can be resolved before things escalate.

⚖️ Not getting help?
Use the formal complaints process and, if needed, contact the Housing Ombudsman.
