COMFY clothes day

When your school, nursery or Community space is choosing a local charity to support PACT for Autism have an option for you that includes some learning too!

Learning about how being comfortable in the clothes you wear makes a difference!
The sensory impact of clothing can really change how we all feel, process and learn.

Schools often make reasonable adjustments to uniform for students with sensory differences to enable them to feel more comfortable during the school day and able to focus on the learning, rather than overwhelmed and distracted by clothing /shoes.

You will notice our team wearing different tshirts and coats with the same logo

📢 New SEND vaccination support resources available

Two new leaflets have been published to support school-aged vaccination programmes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

✅ For parents and carers: Practical advice on preparing for vaccination appointments, understanding the benefits of vaccination, knowing what to expect, and accessing trusted information.

✅ For specialist providers and SEND Coordinators (SENCOs): Guidance on making vaccination programmes accessible, inclusive and supportive for children and young people with SEND.

These resources aim to help families and schools work together to ensure children and young people receive the protection they need in a safe and supportive environment.
