Community Initiative to Reduce Violence (CIRV) operates in the West Midlands to bring partners together so professionals can identify people at risk of violence and connect them with tailored support to help them change direction.

Secure referrals and coordinated case management allowed CIRV to share information and track progress more effectively. A joined-up approach helped individuals access the right support at the right time, creating safer futures.
