Tonight the young people got creative and crafty creating their own pictures using polystyrene boards, drawing and painting on to them and then printing onto card 🤩

Our second girls body confidence workshop was on Tuesday, the girls discussed media and beauty standards coming to the conclusion that the women you see on adverts and mannequins in shops are unrealistic ideals for real girls and women. The girls were discussing how much time and money goes into keeping up with the most up to date and ‘in’ beauty and clothing items. They then ended the session by designing their journal covers and enjoyed a face mask ☺️

YMCA Pride Party🏳️‍🌈🌈 Young people had a brilliant time celebrating Acceptance and Love❤️ We made rainbow wands, danced, had face tattoos and ate yummy food🕺🍰

What a hot AU session we had today!☀️ Young people done a brilliant job watering the plants, making crafts and weeding🌱 We finished the session with a little dip in the pool and played some outside games!💧

Lovely session today doing our information session ahead of nexts weeks pride party! ✨🌈 Today’s activities included colouring, word searches and a ‘’Proud of me worksheet’’. The young people also made a lovely banner and poster for next weeks open day ✨✨
