Today we celebrated St George’s Day. As group we gathered at St Margrets Church, where squirrels and beavers planted some flowers in the memorial garden and cubs and scouts did a litter pick in the grounds of the church. We then all gathered inside for a service about St George and reaffirmed our promises.

Today was our annual Mother’s Day Parade and service at St. Margaret's Church. We had 38 young people from all our sections attending today, you were all amazing, and you all looked so smart.

Big thank you to Reverend Canon Simon and everyone at St Margaret’s for making us feel so welcome and for the beautiful flowers for all the amazing Mums. Also thank you to our leaders and helpers who made today possible.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mums and thank you for bringing your young people along this morning on your special day. 💐💐💐

4th Lowestoft beavers enjoyed a sleepover, with others from the district, at the Hotel Victoria on Saturday. An evening of games and crafts, and supper followed on Sunday morning, after breakfast, a celebration of 'Founders Day' (birthday of Robert Baden-Powell)

Tonight our cubs enjoyed a gymnastics sessions. Big thank you to Kelisha, Emmy and Ann from
Waveney Gymnastics Club for running the session. The cubs had a great time.

Tonight was our annual visit to the Hippodrome Circus. Thank you to all our volunteers who helped this evening. A great show and great evening.

Over the weekend our Cubs joined by our friends from 1st Oulton Broad Sea Scout Group and 1st Pakefield Scout Group went on their annual Summer camp.

This year we went to Eaton Vale Scout and Guide Activity Centre taking park in lots of different activities. Having a great time and making lots of memories.
