TESE Inter Regional Team for Tristars

It is nearly time to select the children that will be representing Triathlon England South East at the Inter Regional Championships at the end of August. This is a brilliant individual and team event where children 11-14 years from each of the 10 English Regions, Scotland, Wales and Jersey get to race against each other.

All athletes score points for their team based upon their finishing position in 3 events across the weekend. An individual race (TS2 race Aquathlon and TS3 race triathlon), a Transition Challenge and a Mixed Team Relay. Points are totalled for each team and the team with the highest score is crowned the Inter-Regional Champions.

The TESE selection events are Bridge Aquathlon on 27th June
and Chelmsford Discovery Childrens Triathlon on July 5th. Entries are still open but closing soon! For more information and entry links check out the IRC page on TESE website.

HALF-TERM TRIATHLON SKILLS TRAINING!

Hi everyone, Got lots of training going on in half term this year! Tristar half term skills, friends and fun!

Tuesday 26th May - With London region. Cycling at Herne Hill velodrome. 3pm-6pm. This was a great experience for those that attended in March! Please DM me directly if you would like to go to this.

Wednesday 27th May - is for the Tristar 1s. Cycling skills and introduction to open water swimming

Thursday 28th May - Tristar 2 - Youth . Core cycle racing skills and first chance to practice the Transition Challenge

Friday 29th May - Tristar 2- Youth. Getting back in the water! Building confidence, sighting, starts, following a course.
