๐ŸŒฑ We're proud to share that Charnwood Arts continues to put sustainability at the heart of everything we do.

This year we've reduced waste, increased recycling, made greater use of reclaimed and donated materials through our Scrap Store partnerships, introduced swap tables at events, and encouraged creative reuse across our programmes.

Our latest environmental reporting shows a total carbon footprint of just 1.45 tonnes COโ‚‚e, with significant carbon savings achieved through recycling and waste diversion.
Small actions really do add up, and we're committed to continuing our journey towards a greener future.

๐ŸŒฟโœ๏ธ Another lovely session in the Rectory Gardens today as part of our Garden Sketch Book course with Mandeep.

With beautiful weather and plenty of wildlife to inspire us, participants spent time sketching, observing, and capturing the colours, textures, and details of the gardens. ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ

A wonderful opportunity to slow down, connect with nature, and let curiosity lead the creative process.

๐Ÿ”” After 21 months, our beautiful community celebratory Bell Festival weave has finally come down.

Created as part of our Bell Festival celebrations, the weave became a colourful symbol of creativity, connection and community, with hundreds of people adding their own contributions over the months.

While we're sad to see it go, we're incredibly proud of the memories, conversations and creativity it inspired.

But don't worry... something new is on the horizon. ๐Ÿ‘€โœจ

Watch this space for an exciting new community installation coming soon.
