Happy New Year

Last year was the year of the COVID-19 pandemic. We pray that this year we begin to put this behind us. There is hope with the arrival of several vaccines, although there's no doubt the next next couple of months are going to be tough.

Sadly we have lost a number of Brothers due to COVID. Also we have also lost our Ecclesiastical Advisor, Archbishop Philip Tartaglia, due to the same. May their souls rest in peace.

Our meetings are taking place online via Zoom until further notice. If you are interested in joining, please get in touch. We are an Order of Catholic Laymen dedicated to the service of the Church and fellow man. We will continue to our best despite the challenging times we face.

Here's a prayer during this time of danger and illness:

God Our Father,
each person is precious to You.
You are the Giver of life.
Have mercy on us and protect us
at this time, as the Coronavirus
threatens health and life.
You are an ever-present Helper
in time of trouble.
Watch over those who are
suffering, give strength to those
who are aiding the Sick and give courage
to all in this time of anxiety.
We ask this of you in the name of your Son
Jesus Christ. AMEN.

The knights of Council 328 will be doing their annual sponsored walk on Saturday 19 September 2020, starting at 2pm, in Nonsuch Park, Cheam, in aid of St Raphael's Hospice.

Over the decades, since the start of the walk, the knights have raised more than £100k for the hospice. The hospice offers the best of palliative care to terminally ill patients in south west London and Surrey. It was created by The Congregation of the Daughters of the Cross, Liege.
