🌟 Major Funding success for Greysteel / Creeslough 🌟
We are delighted to announce that the GROWTH Project (Growing Resilience, Opportunities & Wellbeing Through Healing) has secured over €6.28 million in PEACEPLUS funding.
As Lead Partner, Greysteel Community Enterprises Ltd will work alongside Creeslough Community Association and Developing Healthy Communities to deliver a transformative cross-border programme focused on rural regeneration, social inclusion, health and wellbeing.
This investment will support:
✅ A new 50,000 sq ft Air Dome facility at the Vale Centre, Greysteel
✅ Redevelopment of community facilities in Creeslough
✅ Health, wellbeing, sport, tourism and capacity-building programmes engaging over 3,200 participants
✅ The creation of 10 new jobs across the partnership and project activities
✅ Stronger cross-border relationships and community resilience
This is a game-changing investment for our communities. Beyond the new facilities and programmes, it will create employment opportunities, strengthen local services, improve health and wellbeing outcomes, and leave a lasting legacy for future generations.
