CBT-I is recommended to clinicians (GPs etc) by the NICE guidelines as the first treatment for sleep issues, including insomnia, hypersomnia, and parasomnia. This program aims to deliver the main messages, research and techniques from CBT-I. We will focus on restructuring the habits, behaviours and misconceptions that contribute to insomnia. Techniques include sleep education, stimulus control, and relaxation training. Most individuals who try CBT-I experience improvements to their insomnia and get better quality sleep. CBT-I is considered effective for short-term, intermittent and chronic insomnia.
Groups offer 3 weekly sessions to support with improving sleep

🌹COMMUNITY HOLISTIC THERAPIES🌹

We are delighted to announce our June date for the Community Holistic Therapies - this Monday evening 15th, from 7 - 9pm, with an additional group session from 7.30-8-30pm with Clinical Hynotherapist Tracey.

Whether you've joined us before or are curious to try something new, our welcoming and supportive monthly therapies evening offers a range of holistic therapies that can be a beneficial addition to managing your health and wellbeing.

Although our therapists continue to offer their time on a voluntary basis, we feel a suggested contribution of £5 per treatment would be a lovely way to support the evening😊. This can be paid on the night, with all proceeds going towards a worthy cause.

You can choose to enjoy lower leg and foot massage or Indian Head Massage with Sophie-Lee, facial reflexology with Joanne, foot reflexology with Shelly and Orla, or Bio-Testing with Homeopathic treatments (which incorporate the healing power of Bach Flower Remedies) with Mary.

Lower leg and foot massage is particularly helpful for neuropathy, oedema/swelling, arthritis and circulatory issues. It may also promote relaxation, improve sleep and reduce stress.

Indian Head Massage may help support headaches, migraines, hair loss and sleep quality, while also helping to ease symptoms of stress, anxiety and low mood, promoting emotional balance and wellbeing.

Reflexology applies pressure to reflex points on the feet, which correspond to organs and body systems. It may help relieve pain and stress, support lymphatic drainage, enhance sleep, improve circulation and encourage whole-body balance.

Facial reflexology may reduce stress, anxiety and tension while stimulating circulation and lymphatic drainage, helping to ease headaches and improve sleep quality.

Mary's Bio-Testing with Homeopathic treatments, incorporating the healing power of Bach Flower Remedies, offers a gentle and non-invasive approach to wellbeing. This bio-energetic therapy explores possible emotional factors that may contribute to physical or energetic imbalances, helping to restore the body's natural energy flow and promote a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.

✨ Group Session✨
We are also delighted to welcome clinical hypnotherapist Tracey, who will be running a group hypnotherapy session in the hall from 7.30pm–8.30pm.
Are you tired, wired, and running on empty?

If stress, anxiety, or that constant sense of being “on edge” has become your normal, this evening is for you.

Join Tracey for an hour of powerful group hypnotherapy session designed to do one thing: give your nervous system the reset it’s been craving.

Here’s what you’ll walk away with:

• A deep, genuine sense of calm, not just relaxation but the kind of peace your body has been desperately searching for
• A quieter mind with less mental chatter, less overthinking and less reactivity
• A body that finally feels safe as your fight-or-flight response is gently switched off and balance is restored
• Positive suggestions your subconscious mind can keep working with long after you leave the room

Why does it work?

Hypnotherapy bypasses the conscious, stressed-out mind and speaks directly to the subconscious, where your stress responses are actually programmed. In one session, positive suggestions begin to rewire how your nervous system responds to pressure, fear and overwhelm.

This is not meditation. This is not a talking therapy. This is faster, deeper, and it works.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, or simply haven’t felt like yourself in a long time, come and experience what it feels like to finally let go.

If you, a loved one, or a neighbour would like to join us, please DM this page or call/WhatsApp/message Orla on 07308 312544 with your name and contact number to book your place ❤️
Come along - whether it’s your first time or you’ve visited before - you are always welcome!❤️
