PDT combines community engagement with strategic partnerships — ensuring that local people shape the future of their lives and neighbourhoods.

At PDT, we believe that strong communities are built from the ground up. Over the years we have worked alongside thousands of local people opening up opportunities in employment, skills and qualifications, business start-up, volunteering, and influencing the shape of local education, housing and community infrastructure. We have restored and launched Grand Junction @ Saint Mary Magdalene Church a Grade 1 Listed Building and new cultural and community arts centre in the heart of the Westbourne Ward, north Paddington, one of the most disadvantaged localities in the UK.

10 Reasons to support Climate Champions in Westminster.
Climate Champions is a resident-led, award-winning project supporting people in Westbourne, Queen’s Park and Harrow Road to take practical climate action that improves everyday life. With continued support, the project can protect the momentum, relationships and local leadership built so far, and help North Westminster become a model for inclusive, community-led climate action.

Behind every window is a story you might not see, and a burden you might not know someone is carrying.

You never know what someone is going through.

You don’t need to be an expert to listen, sometimes being there is enough. One conversation might not solve everything, but it lets someone know they aren't facing their "behind-the-scenes" alone.

Who are you checking in on today?
