❤️ COMMUNITY SUPPORT IN ACTION ❤️

Our cupboards are looking a little bare at the moment and when you’re supporting around 250 people every fortnight through Burnt Oak Community Food Bank, keeping our shelves stocked with essential provisions is an ongoing challenge.

That’s why we are incredibly grateful when Shishukunj London reaches out to ask what provisions we are most in need of and steps forward to support us. 🙏

Their latest generous donation of essential food items will go directly towards helping individuals and families experiencing food insecurity at the food bank this week.
Donations like this really are a lifeline. They help us replenish our shelves, prepare for our next food bank and most importantly, ensure we can continue providing meaningful support to those who rely on us.

To everyone at Shishukunj London thank you for your continued kindness, generosity and commitment to supporting our work. 💚

Together, we can make sure that no one in our community has to face hardship alone.

This year, we proudly celebrated our 5-Year Anniversary — an incredible milestone that would not have been possible without the amazing people and organisations who have supported us along the way. 💚

We want to take a moment to thank all the wonderful souls who have played such a pivotal role in supporting us with surplus food and provisions over the years.

Partnerships are at the heart of what we do. Without the continued support of City Harvest London, together with our fabulous and dedicated team of volunteers, we simply would not be able to support the hundreds of people who access our food bank, as well as the other charities and community organisations that rely on provisions distributed through our Food Hub.

Together, we are rescuing surplus food, reducing waste and most importantly, helping to reduce food insecurity across our communities.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in what we do and for continuing to stand alongside us. 💚🙏🏽

5 years of serving our community — and we couldn’t have done it without you.

Serve All • Feed All 💚
