Hello Beautiful Foundation is a non-profit & artistic organisation & Registered Charity (1158384) that aims to strip out the negative energy associated with cancer, and in turn highlight the beauty that can be found within this struggle. As an experiential artwork that lives, breaths and evolves, Hello Beautiful Foundation explores the issues that arise when we, or our loved ones are faced with ca

ncer and the importance that emotional awareness and positivity has in this reality. Our exhibits and other awareness campaigns are designed to highlight the benefits of living a healthy, non-toxic lifestyle — a lifestyle which starts with personal happiness and extends into health, nutrition and social responsibility. We actively bring artists, brands and other activists into this conversation in hopes that together we can achieve a better understanding of breast cancer and finding sustainable ways of preventing this illness. As a community, our aim is to not only provide a support network for the people and families that have been affected by cancer, but also to provide a central location for traditional and alternative therapies to collide for the ultimate benefit of mankind.

We truly enjoyed today’s 🌱 Sprout & Grow 🌱 workshop

Thank you to everyone who joined us to learn, taste, grow and connect. 💚

We loved sharing the incredible benefits of organic sprouts, tasting fresh varieties together, and showing just how easy it is to grow your own nutrient-packed food at home. Everyone left with a sprouting kit, ready to begin their own growing journey!

More than anything, it was wonderful to spend time with such a lovely group of people, sharing conversations about health, wellbeing and simple ways to nourish ourselves every day.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along. Now it’s time to watch those sprouts grow!

🌿 We’d love to see your progress, so don’t forget to tag us in your photos over the coming days. 📸💚

Louisa… it so unreal writing this.

I first met you in 2017 through our breast cancer charity, and over the years we shared so many special moments together. From visiting you during one of your chemotherapy sessions to picnics in the park and countless conversations, what started as meeting through cancer grew into a genuine friendship. I will always be grateful to have known you.

You faced your secondary breast cancer diagnosis with such incredible grace and courage. You discovered the power of breathwork and tapping to help manage your anxiety, and the impact they had on your life inspired you to retrain as a breathwork practitioner. You went on to host workshops for our community, generously sharing your knowledge and helping so many others find comfort and strength while navigating their own journeys. Even while facing your own challenges, you continued to give back.

You had such a beautiful way about you—always smiling, always positive, always embracing life. You travelled the world with your wonderful partner, James, creating memories and living life as fully as possible. The love between you was so clear for to see, and he has been such a kind, devoted and incredibly strong man throughout it all.

When I first met you, your dad had recently passed away from cancer. My heart goes out to your incredible mama, who has shown unimaginable strength after losing both her husband and now her daughter. You carried so much of her resilience and spirit within you.

Your kindness, compassion and gentle nature touched so many lives. You made people feel seen, supported and hopeful, and your legacy will live on through every person you inspired. I will talk about you for years to come, and your light will continue to shine through our charity and beyond.

I like to imagine you reunited with my Papa now, wrapped in love and free from pain. Until the day we meet again, I’ll continue to feel your energy, your guidance and the beautiful impact you had on my life.

Louisa Lemonade forever. 💛🍋 Louisa Rasmussen

Love you 😘

🎉 We’re delighted to share that we’ve received a grant from the PINK RIBBON FOUNDATION 🎀 Pink Ribbon Foundation to launch EVOLVE – our new 12-month emotional wellbeing programme for people affected by breast cancer.

A breast cancer journey is about so much more than treatment. EVOLVE will provide ongoing mental health support from diagnosis through recovery with community wellbeing sessions, digital resources, weekly emotional wellbeing check-ins helping participants track how they are feeling and access the right support when they need it most. We will also provide peer connections—because no one should have to face the emotional impact of breast cancer alone.

This funding means we can support hundreds of people, helping to reduce anxiety, isolation and fear of recurrence while creating a more connected, compassionate community.

A heartfelt thank you to the Pink Ribbon Foundation for believing in our vision and helping us make this vital support a reality. 💗 Together, we’re creating more accessible, person-centred emotional support for people living with and beyond breast cancer.

Our powerful exhibition featuring breast casts created by our founder Jane featuring women who have experienced breast cancer, including one of herself following her own diagnosis.

Each cast tells a unique story. Jane not only created the casts of each woman but also designed some of them herself, while others were illustrated by talented artists who generously contributed their creativity to the project.

Many people are surprised to learn that breast cancer is not just one disease. Before Jane’s own diagnosis, she believed there was only one type of breast cancer and only a few types of breast surgery. In reality, there are around 10–15 different types of breast cancer and more than 10 different surgical and reconstruction options, with every diagnosis and treatment journey being unique.

Through this exhibition, we aimed to raise awareness, challenge misconceptions and create meaningful conversations about breast cancer, treatment, survivorship and life beyond diagnosis.

We are incredibly grateful to the women who shared their stories and the artists who helped bring them to life.
