We love being able to share photos of patients after their surgery. 💙 It’s wonderful to see young Adolphe in Rwanda doing so well.

In Rwanda, like many other countries, often families affected by cleft conditions don’t know that surgery is even possible. Operation Smile is determined to bring cleft surgery and care within reach for many more children like Adolphe.

Sophia is the voice at the end of the phone call for our amazing donors, and she loves chatting to you all and finding out more about you and why you support Operation Smile.

Gerado was desperate to find care for his daughter Lia, who was born with a cleft condition in Guatemala. He made long, gruelling journeys to hospital, and never gave up hope.
