Creating a legacy for the future with the UEFA Foundation for Children.

Our Go Girl project has supported young girls in Northern Ireland and Ireland to improve their confidence, self esteem and leadership skills.

Thanks to the UEFA Foundation for Children's support, we have been able to work on breaking down the barriers that limit female participation and progression in sport.

It's been a please to be apart of 'Legacy for the Future' alongside 16 other fantastic organisations across Europe to share learning and drive real impact.

An unforgettable four-day trip, as our team in Belfast welcomed young people and staff from the Wickers Charity in London for a cultural exchange trip last month.

From meeting new people, sharing experiences and learning more about what life is like for young people in different communities, to walking the Peace Walk and exploring Irish culture and history, it was an action-packed trip focused on building connections.

A huge thanks to the Wickers Charity for a memorable trip, the first of our exciting partnership, and we can't wait to see what comes next!

Gingershots: From Oldham College to running their own brand!

We’re proud to see the progress Abi and Melissa have made since we first connected with them through our partnership with Oldham College.

From one-to-one sessions with our Manchester team to completing qualifications and work experience opportunities, the pair have taken all the skills they have learnt to launch their own business, Gingershots, a health and fitness brand.

From creating their own products and setting up their own media platforms to building their own e-commerce website, the girls have demonstrated incredible entrepreneurial skills, and we couldn’t be prouder.

A huge thanks to our funders Findel who have supported the girls from initial delivery at Oldham College, to funding their qualifications and sessions with our team - their support has been key to their success.

Today marks the fifth anniversary of the , our project with developed to train young people as community leaders and to support them in delivering social cohesion and anti-racism initiatives in three counties in Northern Ireland.

Since then, our work has continued to grow across NI and Ireland, including our successful Beyond The Ball programme, funded by the International Fund for Ireland, and our current Peace Academy programme, funded by the , hosted in hubs in Belfast and Sligo.

Now, exactly five years on from that day in Belfast, we kick off a week of football tournaments bringing together over 100 young people from 8 border counties, as we continue to use the power of football to break down barriers, bring communities together and empower young people to reach their potential.

Here’s to another successful 5 years!
