Ellina mudzengerere is a Zimbabwean educator, philanthropist, and youth and women empowerment advocate dedicated to advancing educational excellence and global exposure for students.

She is the Founder and Director of Eagle House International School in Bindura, Zimbabwe, where she promotes practical life skills and global citizenship.

A multi award winning professional, she has received several national and international recognitions for her contributions to education and leadership.

She is actively involved in community development, supporting vulnerable children and advocating for youth empowerment, which earned her the Youth Advocacy Award from the Zimbabwe Youth Council.

Victor Adegbile is a Nigerian real estate executive, entrepreneur, and innovation-focused business leader with operations spanning property development, land governance, and agritourism across West and East Africa.

He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Land Republic Limited, a multi-state real estate development and investment firm with offices in Lagos and Ibadan and active interests in East Africa. Under his leadership, Land Republic scaled from a single-state operation into a multi-state enterprise within Nigeria and executed a successful pilot expansion into Uganda. He has overseen year-on-year revenue growth exceeding 100%, driven by disciplined sales systems, infrastructure-led development, and technology-enabled land verification processes.

Victor is also one of the visionary Founders of Aroko Farms and Resort, a diversified agritourism and legacy-investment platform focused on the commercial cultivation of high-value cash crops including cocoa, cashew, palm, and other perennial crops, integrated with hospitality, land stewardship, and cultural preservation. The initiative is structured around long-term asset value creation, intergenerational wealth planning, and sustainable rural development rather than short-cycle agricultural speculation. He led the development of Land Chatting, a proprietary land verification and advisory solution designed to reduce title risk and improve transaction transparency in emerging property markets.

Dr Andrew Collyer HonLD.M MSc FRSA FCMI JP is a seasoned entrepreneur with over four decades of business experience, having built a distinguished career spanning multiple continents and sectors. Having launched thirteen successful ventures and co-founded three current companies—including one based in Africa—he brings proven expertise in scaling businesses across diverse markets.

His professional foundation was established in Financial Services during the 1980s, evolving through a landmark £100 million management buy-in in the late 1990s that elevated his C-suite capabilities. This progression from founder to strategic leader has been formalised through a Professional Honorary Doctorate in Leadership and Management and an MSc in Global Management, complemented by fellowships with the Chartered Management Institute and the Royal Society of Arts, Commerce and Manufacture.

As a trusted adviser, Dr Collyer has guided nearly 600 SMEs across multiple countries, accumulating over 23,000 consulting hours. His influence extends into education and governance, where he currently contributes to global EdTech development and mentors emerging entrepreneurs through Virgin StartUp. He regularly delivers lectures on entrepreneurship at leading business schools throughout the UK and Europe.
