We are a group of British Tamil dental students from a few universities around the UK, and together we have decided to create the first ever association for British Tamil dentists, dental students and aspiring students!

Join us for our BTDA Box Hill Charity Hike🥾

This September, we’re taking on the 8-mile Box Hill Hike in Surrey to raise funds for our BTDA Sri Lanka Volunteering Project.

Every step we take will help support our future volunteering trip to Sri Lanka, where we’ll be giving back to our homeland by providing free dental care and oral health education to communities with limited access to treatment!

📅 Saturday 5th September 2026
📍 Box Hill, Surrey (National Trust)
🌎 £10 donation to take part (all proceeds go towards our volunteering project)

To secure your place:
1️⃣ Donate £10 via our GoFundMe
2️⃣ Complete the Google Form and upload your donation confirmation

Once both steps have been completed, you’ll receive a confirmation ticket, and further event information, including travel details and the full itinerary, will be sent closer to the date.

What an incredible gathering of minds, passion, and innovation! 🌟 A heartfelt thank you to the brilliant DR CHARMIKHA | DENTIST , Dr Gajen Raveendran | Periodontist , Dr. Milton Justinsuthakaran , Dr Suganthan Mahalingam , and Dr Preya Ragu I Cosmetic Dentist for sharing their knowledge, experience, and expertise with such enthusiasm. Their inspiring insights and expertise made this year’s conference truly unforgettable.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the fantastic turnout. The engagement, and meaningful conversations throughout the day were a testament to the strength and future of our profession.
