At The Braiders Brunch 2026, hair became architecture.

Created by The Braiders Brunch is a space for professional braiders and textured hair artists to gather, learn, connect and be recognised within the wider beauty and creative industries.

For this year’s Avant-Garde Hair Showcase 2026, Braids Gang introduced BLOOM — a creative presentation designed to spotlight the artistry, imagination and technical skill of braiders.

For BLOOM, artists were invited to interpret the theme through their own creative lens, using textured hair as sculpture, storytelling and cultural language.

This look opened a visual conversation around the possibilities of braiding - the precision, the hours, the hands, the vision and the artistry behind every strand.

More than a showcase, BLOOM was a statement: braiders belong in the rooms where beauty, fashion, culture and art are documented at the highest level.
