Two free programmes. Twelve weeks. Real skills, real mentorship, real progress.

Whether you are building your career or growing your business, 20/20 Levels gives you the foundation, the clarity, and the community to move forward with intention.

I Am Change is for 18 to 30 year olds ready to level up their mindset, confidence, and career direction. Over 12 weeks, you will develop the skills and self awareness that employers are looking for and that you need to back yourself in any room.

Levels is for young entrepreneurs turning a side hustle or business idea into something real. Over 12 weeks of in person sessions, you will get mentoring, practical guidance, and the chance to pitch for a £2,500 grant.

Both programmes are free. Both are built for young people in London who are ready to lock in and make moves.

At 20/20 Levels, we’ve always believed one thing:
Potential is universal. Opportunity is not.
For the last 14 years, we’ve been working to change that.
14 years of opening doors. 14 years of backing young people. 14 years of helping people see what’s possible when the right support, community and opportunity are in the room.
Because the work has never just been about programmes. It’s about the young person who walks in unsure and walks out with a new perspective. The founder who leaves with the confidence to pitch. The alumni who realises they belong in rooms they once felt locked out of. The community that keeps showing up, growing and levelling up together.
None of this happens alone.
