This time last year, London's Barbican Centre was filled with song, celebration, and an extraordinary sense of togetherness.

As we marked 20 years of Voces8 and 15 years of Apollo5, we were joined by friends old and new, audiences from near and far, and an incredible community brought together by a shared love of singing.

A year later, these images still remind us of the joy, connection, and inspiration that music can create when people come together. Thank you to everyone who was part of this unforgettable day.

Introducing the new album from The Mancunium Consort

To be released this coming autumn on VOCES8 Records, 'Still Waters' brings together choral music from across the centuries in a programme inspired by reflection, nature, and wonder. Rich in atmosphere and serenity, it invites listeners into moments of calm, imagination, and connection 🌅

The first single 'Miserere, Op. 44: 11. Miserere Nobis' is out now and available to listen to on your favourite streaming platform.

💿 Introducing ‘Still Waters’ 💿

We are absolutely delighted to announce our new album, ‘Still Waters’, releasing in September 2026 under the VOCES8 Records label.

Still Waters marks an important and deeply exciting chapter for all of us here at The Mancunium Consort. It is the second fruit of our blossoming partnership with The VOCES8 Foundation, a collaboration founded on a shared belief in the expressive power, intimacy, and timelessness of vocal music.

At the heart of this disk lies the idea of stillness — not as silence or absence, but as a space for reflection, resonance, memory, and wonder. Across music spanning centuries, the programme interweaves early and contemporary repertoire, drawing unexpected threads between the Renaissance sacred motet, Romantic lyricism, Folk tradition, and Modern Choral soundscapes. These works speak to one another across time, revealing how enduring our human impulses towards contemplation, prayer, dreaming, and connection to nature truly are.

Throughout Still Waters, we have sought to create a broad and immersive sound world: music that resonates long after the final cadence, inviting listeners into moments of calm, reflection, and imagination. Whether through the stillness of prayer, the mystery of dreams, or the enduring rhythms of water and nature, these works remind us of the quiet spaces in which meaning is often most profoundly felt.

A long-standing signature piece for Ringmasters, this new recording of 'The Bells of Notre Dame & Out There' has been reimagined for the full combined forces of Ringmasters and VOCES8.

The full album 'Shall We Gather' is out 24th July 🌅

A snapshot of an incredible few days for our French team Sing'In. Our singers had the joy of working and singing with 500 young singers in Corrèze last weekend. Special congratulations also go to three young singers who were awarded prizes to join our VOCES8 International Summer School in Dorset this summer.

📣 We're delighted to welcome Virginia to The VOCES8 Foundation family 🎶

Catch her on the road with Voces8 from July!

It’s always exciting for us to welcome a new voice into VOCES8, and we’re delighted to announce that Virginia Taylor Grabovsky will be joining the group from July 2026.

From the very first phrase she sang in her audition, we were immediately moved by the beauty, honesty, and innate musicianship of her singing. We know that our audiences and the wider VOCES8 community are going to love hearing and welcoming Virginia as she begins her career with us.

Here are a few words from Virginia:

‘Ever since I was a young chorister, VOCES8 has been one of my biggest musical inspirations. Joining the group now feels truly surreal. I’m incredibly grateful and so excited for this opportunity, and I can’t wait to step into this next chapter of my life.

I’ve always dreamed of making music with artists who inspire me not only musically, but personally as well, and I truly can’t imagine a better group to do that with. I’m especially looking forward to connecting with audiences around the world and sharing the joy that music has given me throughout my life.

I’m deeply thankful to my family, friends, and mentors for their constant support. I wouldn’t be here without them, and I carry their encouragement with me as I begin this exciting new journey.’

✍️ We're delighted to unveil our Annual Review for 2025 – a year of celebration!

From classrooms to concert halls, The VOCES8 Foundation has now reached over 1.4 billion audience touchpoints worldwide. As we celebrated 20 years of Voces8, our education programmes continued to grow across the UK, US and beyond, alongside over 600 events globally, landmark anniversary performances, and expanding international reach.
