For people with CF, there’s no such thing as a day off.

Taking up to 150 tablets a day. Following special high-calorie diets. Daily exercise and physio. Plus regular clinic appointments, and sometimes weeks in hospital to fight infections. All this day in, day out.

We're feeling inspired by the 1,800+ people signed up to take part in this year's Wear Yellow Day and 5K Your Way. 💛 Here are just a few of the amazing fundraisers happening over the next few days:

In Derbyshire, Rebecca – mum to Otto, who has – is not only taking on our first ever 5K Your Way challenge, she's doing the whole thing on one of our space hoppers, and has already raised over £3,000!

Over in the North West, Peter will be turning his local town of Knutsford yellow. Peter has been very busy recently, getting local businesses on board and helping them get all dressed up ready for the big day. We cannot wait to see the streets of Knutsford in their finest yellow.

Following its incredible popularity in previous years, Morag – along with friends, family and the local community – will be holding another silent disco on the beautiful Scottish coastline.

And finally, Charlie and Morgan will be streaming throughout the week, raising awareness of CF through their followers' love of Pokémon – specifically yellow Pokémon, of course!
