Our Ruxley Manor excursions start next week, with trips running from Chingford, Walthamstow, Leyton and Leytonstone throughout October.

Enjoy a relaxed day browsing the garden centre, discovering the seasonal displays, picking up a few treats or simply stopping for a cuppa and enjoying a change of scenery. 🌸☕🛍️

Our Waltham Forest excursion users enjoyed a fantastic day out in Faversham. They loved looking at the different boats and ships and had a great time at local cafes and charity shops. Tune in to see what other trips they go on!

Who wants a cupcake? Our time together users! They enjoyed a fantastic day decorating cupcakes and cookies, playing games and enjoying a lovely feast prepared by our cook, Karen. Tune in to see what other activities they will get up to.

“The path is the same, flowers still come and go, but everything feels so different without him beside me.”

After losing her husband, Margaret found that the routines they once shared no longer brought the same joy. Fish and chips became a reminder of their life together, and familiar walks felt different without him by her side. Slowly, loneliness began to creep in.

Then Margaret signed up for MHA’s befriending service and was paired with a new friend. Now, those familiar routines are becoming something to enjoy and share again.

Our Newham excursion members enjoyed a fantastic day at St Albans! This historic town was an enjoyable experience to explore and learn about, many of our club members would love to return here in the future.
