What is a baby bank?

We’re a bit like a food bank but for baby essentials.

We’re based in Leyton, in East London.

We rely on donations from the local community of new or pre-loved items.

We can provide clothes from newborn to age 2-3 years, nappies, wipes, toiletries and other things that are vital for the first few years of life.

We make up newborn packs for new parents - these include a moses basket with a new mattress in, a small book and toy for the baby and maternity essentials to help families get off to the best start.

We all need help at some point in our lives. We aim to provide support at a baby and new mum’s most vulnerable time.

We couldn’t do this without the help of our volunteers and all the donations that we receive.

We really need coats and pramsuits to help keep babies and toddlers warm this winter.

If you have a coat at home in good condition that you would be happy to donate to a child in need, please drop us a dm.

We need newborn to age 3 coats and pramsuits.

We also need children’s clothes in good condition ages 6 months to 3 years.
