🎉 DWYRAN YOUTH CLUB IS BACK!!! 🎉

We’re excited to announce that on Thursday 10th September, both Môn Modellers and Dwyran Youth Club will be returning!

🛠️ Môn Modellers: 5:00–6:30
🎨 For young people aged 11–18 who are in secondary school.

🎉 Dwyran Youth Club: 6:30–8:30
👥 For young people from Year 6–13

Oliver and Clwb Ni Dwyran are excited to announce the new Môn Warhammer Club for ages 12–18!

Perfect for beginners wanting to learn more, or for those who’d like to meet like‑minded people who enjoy painting, building, and playing Warhammer.

🎁 Your first session includes a Warhammer figure to paint.
You’ll learn all about Warhammer, how the game works, and how to paint your miniature.

💷 £3 per session
(Drink + snack included)

🗓 Starts Monday 21/09/26
⏰ 6–8 PM
📍 Tal Y Sarn Farm, Dwyran

Well, with just over two weeks until Dwyran Youth Club returns, Paul insisted we took a trip to Costco to stock up on goodies for tuck shop.

Whilst we were there we noticed this PS5 at a great price. Therefore, all the nagging over the last year, we caved and got one!

Equipment like this is funded by grants, donations, subs and tuck shop profits!

We will return on Thursday 10/9

One-Stop Club Support Events - Actif North Wales

Running a sports club can be challenging, but support is available! Join this free workshop to discover the organisations, funding opportunities, resources and practical advice that can help your club save time, overcome challenges and grow.

A recent survey showed that many sports clubs are unaware of the support available to them. To address this, Actif North Wales is bringing together key support organisations in one place, giving clubs the opportunity to learn what is available and how they can benefit.

Whether you need help with funding, volunteers, facilities, governance, safeguarding or increasing participation, you'll have the chance to hear directly from experts, visit organisation stalls, build valuable contacts, and learn from some presentations on the above topics.

Organisations attending include Actif North Wales, StreetGames, Sported, Foundations Framework Wales, Welsh Sports Association, The Outdoor Partnership, Disability Sport Wales, County Voluntary Councils, Local Authority teams, and Sport Wales’s Investment Team, where you can discuss the Be Active Wales Fund, A Place for Sport, and Energy Saving Grant funds they manage.

Thank you to everyone who attended our first Dwyran Comunity Meeting earlier this week. (26 total)
We discussed a variety of topics relevant to village life, including problems or concerns, and future plans.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday 7/10/26 - location to be confirmed.

A lot of work goes on behind the scene to make sure our local young people are given the same opportunities ( and more ) as others in different areas. We are a small community, but we are a great one.

I would like to give a special thank you to our staff and volunteers, without whom none of this would happen.

A special mention to Paul -who always makes sure technology is accessible and available to all. Also, without Kiosk Paul our tuck shop would not be so well stocked!

Harrison and Oliver have helped out from the start, with many of the club’s ideas and projects being their vision.

I’d also like to thank Adam. Adam will always stay behind, clear up and help sort out the kit and rubbish.
