❤️A STORY FROM ONE OF OUR OWN💙
💙❤️ OUR STORY, OUR GRATITUDE ❤️💙
The thought of being told that your daughter might not make it, that she might not even see the next 24 hours, is something we could never have imagined. 💔
Watching our daughter’s body shut down as she went into DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis) and diabetic shock was one of the most frightening things we have ever experienced as parents. It’s something no parent should ever have to witness.
Thanks to the amazing team who worked so hard to save our daughter’s life, we will be forever grateful. ❤️ Words will never be enough to express how thankful we are for everything they did for her.
The continued support we have received from the HSC team has also been absolutely incredible. To know that we still have that support means more to us than words can say.
We have been through something no family should ever have to face, and it has made us realise just how precious life is. We are so grateful to still have our daughter here with us, and we will never forget the people who helped make that possible. ❤️🙏
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who has been there for us and continues to support us. We truly are so lucky. ❤️
