Does anyone else go this far in their pre-vacation prep? 🙈

Not sure why everyone is tip-toeing around me atm...Maybe it's my gentle glares as they walk on my clean floor or my very quiet yells when they put their hands on the windows...🤷🏻‍♀️

I just want a clean house to come home to, is that too much to ask?!?!

Potting on seedlings = the glow-up your plants are begging for! 🌱✨

Why?

Potting on will give you stronger roots, healthier plants and actual garden success 💪🏼 🌸

When?

You’ll know you need to pot on if:

🌱 Roots are peeking out the bottom
🌱 Plants look too big for their container
🌱 Growth has slowed or stalled
🌱 Leaves are turning yellow for no reason

Here’s how to pot on like a pro (even if you’re a beginner gardener):

✅️ Find a slightly bigger pot for each seedling
✅️ Fill with fresh compost
✅️ Gently loosen the roots (be kind, she’s still a baby! 🥹)
✅️ Always handle by the leaf- NOT the stem
✅️ Replant and water well

This is a lovely mindful task for beginner gardeners growing sweet peas, zinnias and anything from seed!

This has to be the easiest garden upgrade I’ve ever done! 💪🏼🪴

Pick up your festive planters and wreaths at SPAR NI for that warm Christmas pop at home — seasonal value right on your doorstep. 👌🏻

And if you fancy going full-on festive, add a few touches of your own. A ribbon here, a sprig of holly there, maybe let the kids loose with some pinecones or little LED lights! 🤪

It’s a simple way to make the house feel magical, and a wee tradition in the making! 🫶🏻

Repeat it 'til I believe it! 🥶

Making Christmas wreaths is TOUGH! I think it kinda has to be done outside because it's sooo messy but the cold is just awful on your fingers, and whole body to be fair! 🤣❄️

I don't make as many of them now, I prefer to work in groups and show others how to make their own - definitely the warmer option!

I bought a long puffy waterproof coat last year and it was the best thing I ever did 🙌🏻 but still, my poor fingies 😭 and don't even start me if you're making a wired wreath!!
