Hi everyone so this is a new page set up to help parents,carers or young people with ADHD.
As a parent myself I sometimes find it very overwhelming dealing with the daily challenges that come with having a child with ADHD
This page can be used for any discussions,to seek advice from other people or just to come on and have a good rant if you’ve had a bad day and need a pick me up
As we all know ADHD can be very challenging and once diagnosed there is very little help out there and sometimes you can feel very alone so hopefully this page will be off helo to some people out there 😊
