🚁We witnessed the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance take off from their base during our artist launch event.

Of course, we never want to see this helicopter take off, because we know it means someone, somewhere, is in desperate need of critical care. But sadly, this is the reality for the incredible team at the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, who can be called out multiple times a day to help people across our region.

That’s why we’re so proud that they are our official charity partner for the Isaac Newton 300 trail.

Throughout the trail, we’ll be raising vital funds and awareness to support the lifesaving work they do every single day.

Our trail will celebrate art, science and Isaac Newton’s incredible legacy – while helping to support a charity that makes a difference when people need it most.

We can’t wait to bring Isaac Newton 300 to life across Lincoln in 2027. 🍎

What a fantastic evening at our Isaac Newton 300 Artist Launch Event!

It was so lovely to welcome so many talented artists into the room, all excited about the opportunity to design an apple for our spectacular city-wide trail coming to Lincoln in Summer 2027.

The creativity and ideas shared throughout the evening were incredible, and we can’t wait to see where the artists take their designs.

We also heard from our Governance Manager about the plans for Isaac Newton 300, while the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance team shared more about the vital work they do and the importance of the trail in helping to raise awareness and funds for the charity.

We were also delighted to welcome Jess, Lead Artist and Learning Programme Manager at Wild in Art, who shared her insight, tips and tricks with our artists to help them get started on their designs.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and brought such enthusiasm, creativity and ideas to the evening.
