Phil says he cannot believe it has already been five years. He thoroughly enjoys his role and especially values the time he spends engaging with residents each day.

He shared that getting a job at Boultham Park House changed his life - a wonderful reflection of the difference our teams make, not only to residents, but to one another too. 💙
