Dear Parents and Carers,
We’re really excited to let you know about one of the first FOLS fundraising events of the school year: **our Halloween Party!** 🎃👻
**Friday 23rd October – the last day
We do realise that this means some of our Year 5 and 6 children who are away on their school trip may not be able to join us, and we’re sorry they may miss out. All of our FOLS events are organised voluntarily, with people very generously giving their time for free, and unfortunately another date just wasn’t possible on this occasion.

There will be:
• Halloween crafts and activities
• Games tables
• Snacks and treats
• A **fancy dress competition** with prizes
• The return of the **Toy Tombola**!
# # # 🧸 We need your toys!
After the success of the Toy Tombola at the summer event, we’re bringing it back for Halloween. During the **last week of term**, please bring in any good-quality toys your children have finished with so we can stock the stall.
It’s a great excuse for a little clear-out, although we fully appreciate there is every possibility your child will simply buy something else back! 😂
# # # 🎟 Entry: £2 per child
The £2 entry fee will help towards the costs of running the party, with the event also raising money for FOLS.
Everything we raise through FOLS goes back towards opportunities and experiences for the children at Lewknor School. We already have some lovely news from last year’s fundraising, which has helped us secure the children’s Christmas lunch at the pub this year. What we raise now will help us build the pot for the next round of things we can provide for the school
Lots of love,
**The FOLS Team** 🎃
