The Original Giving Tree 2026 Has Launched 🎄

Last year, more than 28,000 children in England were supported in domestic abuse safe accommodation services. Across Wales and Scotland, many more children found safety and support away from abuse.

Instead of a traditional Secret Santa, why not take part in the KidsOut Giving Tree? Our annual Christmas campaign brings together generous supporters to provide gifts for children across the UK who have been affected by domestic abuse, helping ensure they experience the joy of Christmas.

New address, same big mission! 😊

KidsOut has moved to a new home in Leighton Buzzard, and we're excited to start this next chapter.

Whilst our address may have changed, our commitment remains the same – working towards a world where domestic abuse never defines a child’s future.

Unit 1
Vimy Court
Vimy Road
Leighton Buzzard

New surroundings, same KidsOut! ❤️💙

🎄 Could you help bring a little Christmas magic to children and young people affected by domestic abuse?

KidsOut is looking for volunteers to join our warehouse team in Luton during our busiest time of year.

In the run-up to Christmas, thousands of donated toys arrive at our warehouse. We need extra hands to help sort, organise and prepare them so they can reach children and young people living in refuge after escaping domestic abuse.

Whether you can spare a few hours, a day here and there, or help more regularly between October and Christmas Eve, your time can make a real difference.

📍 KidsOut Warehouse, Luton
🗓 Monday–Friday
⏰ Generally between 9am and 4pm
🎁 Flexible volunteering opportunities available

It’s practical, rewarding volunteering - and every toy you help prepare is another gift ready to brighten a child’s Christmas.

Interested? Please contact Dave Wardell: [email protected] to find out more or call us on 01525 305443.

Giving back to our local community 💙

Yesterday, a few members of the OMM team had the pleasure of volunteering with KidsOut, helping to sort through their Giving Tree tags ready to be distributed to local businesses.

We're incredibly proud to say the team sorted an amazing 522 packs during the day, helping to prepare the appeal for another successful year. 🎄

The Giving Tree Appeal helps bring joy to disadvantaged and vulnerable children by giving them Christmas gifts 😊

A huge thank you to the KidsOut team for having us. We look forward to seeing the impact this wonderful initiative has once again this year.

😊 THANK YOU!

What an incredible achievement from our Yorkshire Three Peaks team!

On Saturday 12th September, our fantastic supporters took on and conquered Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, pushing themselves through an incredibly demanding challenge while raising vital funds for KidsOut.

They battled strong wind and rain all day, climbed 5,200 ft (the equivalent of 400 flights of stairs), took 55,000 steps on average across the 24 challenging miles – but they did it 🙌🏻

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated, shared posts or simply cheered the team on along the way. This incredible support enables KidsOut to bring fun, hope and opportunity to children and young people affected by domestic abuse across the UK when they need it most. We couldn’t be more grateful ☺️

Thank you also to Jonathan Kattenberg and team from Walking With My Bear for all their brilliant support on the day.

If you haven’t already, it’s not too late to make a donation here...
