Advocacy is about ensuring that people have their views heard and respected and giving them a say in any decision making process which may affect their lives. It’s also about having your own choice, representing your needs, making your views known, gaining access to services and offering support.

Anger is a normal emotion — but when it becomes difficult to manage, it can affect relationships, work, and overall wellbeing.

Adult anger management counselling can help individuals better understand their emotions, recognise triggers, and develop healthier ways to respond to stressful situations.

At Family Welfare, we offer free and confidential one-to-one counselling sessions in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. Our trained counsellors help adults explore the underlying causes of anger and build practical techniques for emotional regulation and communication.

Many people who access anger management counselling report feeling:
• More in control of their emotions
• Less reactive in difficult situations
• Better equipped to manage stress
• More confident in everyday life

If anger is affecting your quality of life, support is available.
