It could be worth exploring if you have two or more spare bedrooms, your current home is becoming harder to manage, or you'd simply like a home that better suits your needs now or in the future. Not sure? Just ask. Finding out more doesn't commit you to anything.

Just curious? That's fine.

You don't need to have decided you want to move before talking to us about Rightsizing.

Registering your interest simply starts a conversation. There's no obligation to move and changing your mind won't affect your tenancy. So if you've wondered whether a smaller home might suit you better, why not see what's possible?

Your move. Your choice.

Thinking about Rightsizing doesn't mean giving up control over where you live. You can tell us where you'd prefer to live, say no to a home you don't want and move when the time feels right for you. We'll work with you to explore what could suit you best.

At Jigsaw Homes, we're committed to creating communities where everyone feels safe, respected and able to be themselves. As a member of the Manchester Housing Providers’ Partnership, we stand against discrimination, hate and racism in all its forms and will continue to challenge prejudice wherever it exists.

Our role goes beyond providing homes. We work alongside customers, partners and local organisations to help build strong, welcoming communities where people from different backgrounds can connect, thrive and feel they belong.

If you experience or witness a hate incident in your home or neighbourhood, please don't stay silent. You don't need to know whether it's a hate crime before contacting us. We're here to listen, provide support and, where appropriate, work with the police and other organisations to take action.
