A conversation we had this week was with someone who already had years of experience in their field, but felt discouraged after struggling to find work in the UK.

A big part of our support has been helping them feel more confident in communicating their skills, improving language confidence and understanding how to approach employers here.

Sometimes people need support recognising the value they already bring.
