NCT Leicester City & County Branch We are the charity that supports people as they become parents.

Our vision is that everyone who becomes a parent feels confident, connected, and safe because we believe parents help build the foundations of the future. Every year NCT supports over 250,000 parents on their unique journeys through pregnancy, birth, infant feeding, and into early parenthood. We connect, inform and support parents through our antenatal and postnatal courses, peer support programme

s, and community-based events. We provide access to evidence-based information through our website and free Infant Feeding Support Line 365-days a year. For 65 years we have created transformative change in the lives of parents, acting as a trusted voice, reassuring presence, and strong advocate. Today, we have a huge opportunity to positively influence the experience of millions more people as they become parents and to shape a bright future together.

Did you know we support an around 600 people a month with feeding a baby on our helpline? That could be a mum who's been up since 3am struggling to get baby to latch, a parent whose baby has been refusing to take a bottle and hasn't stopped screaming, or the granparents who are looking after their grandchild for the first time ❤️

Families don’t all look the same. And they don’t all start the same either. This , we’re standing with LGBTQ+ parents and parents-to-be 💗

Becoming a parent for LGBTQIA+ families can mean having more questions, facing extra barriers, or feeling unseen.

As a charity, we support parents in real life with trusted information, inclusive spaces, and a community where you can feel like you belong 🤍
