- Assist with collections and event coordination

Get ready for a fantastic weekend of food and fun at Markeaton Park. While you enjoy the festival, swing by our stall to see our emergency vehicles and meet the incredible volunteer team who keep this vital service moving.

We need your help to keep rolling! This weekend, you can make a massive difference:

• Drop a donation: No cash? No problem! We accept contactless card payments at our stall. Every penny funds fuel and maintenance for our lifesaving fleet.

• Join the team: We are actively looking for new volunteer riders, drivers, controllers, and fundraisers.

🚨 National Blood Bike Day 2026 🚨

Today we celebrate the incredible dedication of our blood bike volunteers across the UK and Ireland! 🏍️💉 Thanks to these amazing teams, lifesaving supplies such as donated breast milk, blood, plasma, vaccines, and medical equipment reach patients in record time, 365 days a year, often outside of normal hours.

A huge thank you to every rider, support crew, and donor who keeps these vital services running completely free for the NHS. Your commitment can truly make the difference between life and death. 🙏❤️
