A.C.E Personal Safety Training Welcome to A.C.E Personal Safety Training ! We are a small, family run not for profit Interest based in the Erewash area of Derbyshire in the East Midlands.

We provide simple, practical and effective Personal Safety Training, run by women, for women over the age of 18 years in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment. A.C.E was set up because we feel there is a need to raise awareness about personal safety issues affecting particularly women, in today's modern society. Our aim is for our message to reach as many women as possible. Our theo

ry is simple - prevention. Lets look at ways to keep ourselves safe but still be able to be independent and live a full life. Just remember that not everyone will have the same agenda as you. We have two friendly and approachable female instructors, with a wealth of combined experience in Women's Personal Safety issues. The Workshops are 3 hours in length and incorporate various Teaching methods with the focus being on individual and group work and participation. Funding has been secured through Erewash Borough Council in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. All the Workshops are free and each participant will receive a free handheld personal alarm. The Interest is fully insured for Personal Liability and the Instructors are , DBS checked and hold current First Aid certification.
