Heanor Women's Institute We meet on the third Tuesday every month from September to July in the hall at Heanor Baptist church.

Heanor WI is a small group which was originally started in October 2008. We meet at Heanor Baptist Church on Derby Road on the 3rd Tuesday of the month (September to july) at 7:30pm. We welcome all ladies aged over 16, you may visit us up to 3 times before deciding whether or not you would like to join us as a member. We struggled like most groups due to covid but seem to be getting things back on

track. we currently have 2 book clubs that meet on different days, and are hoping to get back some of the things we loved to do as a group before covid like trips and days out, walking groups and crafts activities of all kinds. if you are looking to learn some new things, make some new friends or just want to chat to new people then come along and join us, we welcome Ladies of all ages to help us expand our group and our interests.

It is finally here - our newly rebranded WI Magazine: and a new way to provide you deep-dives and longer interviews on all things NFWI.

Fittingly for a summer issue, we present 10 pages on beach life, and spotlight some wonderful coastal WIs. We've also got a new section where your questions are answered by a WI panel in 'WIsdom'; a piece on slow crafting; and all your favourites from recipes to campaign updates.
