We’re delighted to be supporting CLAN Cancer Support with the 2026 CLAN Cavalcade Rally.

This year’s theme celebrates the region’s rich textile heritage, with the rally heading to Inverharroch to discover the fascinating story behind The Cabrach Tapestry.

The Textile Tour on Friday, 28 August will give drivers the chance to visit local businesses and venues connected to the textile industry, meet sector experts, discover traditional and modern textile processes, and see how these businesses continue to play an important role in the local economy.

It’s set to be a fantastic day of driving, discovery, heritage and community, all while raising vital funds for CLAN Cancer Support. We are delighted to be included in it.

Entry is a minimum £50 donation per vehicle, with optional lunch and dinner available.
Register online via the CLAN Cancer Support website, or request a paper entry form by emailing the Moray team at [email protected].

We're delighted to be heading to the Highland Games on 22nd August – one of the Highlands' most treasured celebrations of heritage, tradition and community!

Founded in 1823, the Lonach Highland and Friendly Society has brought together generations of the Strathdon community, preserving traditions that continue to inspire today. From the unforgettable march of the Lonach Highlanders carrying their Lochaber axes and pikes to the stirring sound of the pipe bands, it's a day that celebrates the enduring spirit of the Highlands.

It's a fitting place to share the story of , where we're working to revive another historic Highland community through the return of whisky making after 170 years of silence.

If you're planning to be there, come and say hello to our Distillery team. We'd love to tell you more about our , our one-of-a-kind social enterprise, and how every bottle and every cask helps support the regeneration of one of the Highlands' most fragile rural communities.

Here’s a quick Wednesday Wanderings video. It’s far too lovely today to sit and type the update so I thought I would take the opportunity to do a quick video.

As you can see part way through, Boux came too and so it wasn’t going to be a ‘live’ because we all know animal can cause mayhem!

Hope you enjoy it. Maybe comment or like if you would like to see more of these 👍

What a great evening we had at tonight’s Cabrach Stitch Group. Sunshine, stitching, lots of laughs and great company. #

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Jim Glennie, Gordon Highlanders veteran and the last surviving D-Day veteran, at the remarkable age of 100.

It was a true honour to welcome Jim to contribute a few stitches to the Cabrach Tapestry. His participation became a small but meaningful part of the tapestry's story, and we are incredibly proud that his legacy will forever be woven into this unique community project.

Our thoughts are with Jim's family and friends as they celebrate a life of extraordinary courage, service and dedication.
