GP & NHS Access Experience Survey

Rural Cambs Citizens Advice are noticing a level of distress, anxiety, confusion, and concern about the services the public receive when engaging with any aspect of NHS Provision, with a particular focus on Huntingdonshire.

Main issues include poor communication, the 8am scramble, reluctance or time taken to obtain a referral and much more.
