The Huddersfield Giants Supporters Association (HGSA) is a non profit making organisation, with our main aim of raising funds for the Giants Academy and scholarships by various means and also to have fun, socialise and interact with fellow Giants supporters. As well as organising speakers evenings and fundraising events, we also run the 'Legends bar' at the stadium complex on home matchdays, inclu
ding the famous "Brian Blacker roadshows", the bar is HGSA members only, admission is with a valid membership card, new members and renewals can also be taken in the bar on match days or at any of our events. We also act a conduit between the club and the supporters, by having regular meetings and discussing any issues, thoughts or ideas our members/supporters may have. Whilst we are totally independent of the Huddersfield Giants, we work and liaise closely with the club in order to support both our aims. We are run solely by dedicated volunteers and we are open to and inclusive of anyone, we are run and organised by a committee and any member can be voted on to the committee, we are always seeking new members, volunteers and people to work with us on the committee, so please consider helping out if you can. To help achieve our aims, we help to promote and run the Giants' reserves, academy and scholarship games by using our teams of volunteers to organise the non playing side of things, thus enabling the club to direct vital resources elsewhere, we also organise other events throughout the year. We offer our members regular interactions with players, coaches, match officials, media personalities and other people involved within the game.
