This Men’s Health Week, we’re encouraging men to pay attention to the things that can make a real difference in later life; staying active, cutting down smoking and alcohol, managing diabetes and blood pressure, and staying connected to other people.

These aren’t just good habits for today, they can also help protect your brain health in the future.

If you’ve been putting off a check-up or ignoring signs that something needs attention, now is the time to act.

Small steps now can make a big difference later.

This Loneliness Awareness Week, men are being encouraged to take connection seriously.

A message, a call, a walk with someone, a chat after work, small moments of connection matter. They can help with how we feel now and may also support brain health later in life.
If you have been feeling disconnected, reach out.
