What an informative talk on sailing we had , it was nice of Elaine to enlighten us about the work of the MVS ( Maritime Volunteer Service) . I thought it was a fantastic vocation , not just a hobby but making a difference too . It sounds like the coastal community, have a lot to be grateful for with the MVS . If you require any further information on the MVS , I have their contact details . Next months speaker , will be a retired policeman . Speaking about his time on the force , I’m sure it will be an arresting experience.

Good morning everyone, please forgive me for the long hiatus . We had a well attended meeting , had a good interaction with Gaby (from active Norfolk). It was very clever of Gaby , to go round with his questionnaire. I hope we get positive feedback from it , I for one thoroughly enjoyed the exercise .I’m more than looking forward to the cross country run we have all signed up for with Gaby . I think we can look forward, to a very interesting speaker at our next meeting . All will be revealed, at the next meeting . Good luck everyone, and look after each other .

Well we had a quiet meeting , a few of us on holiday . I do hope they have a fantastic time , we were ment to have young Gabs give us a talk about active Norfolk . Due to a mix up in communication, he was unavailable. The lovely Flo and Kathy dropped by , it’s always a pleasure to see watton medical centres dynamic duo . They came with good advice as usual , and contacted young Gabs for us .
